Return & Refund Policy

At Tabletime, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging 

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us info@tabletime.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return is rejected (e.g., item used or damaged), we will contact you with next steps.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different color or style, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@tabletime.co.nz Include a photo and your order number, we’ll sort it out quickly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or washed 

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
