Shipping Terms And Conditions

These Shipping Terms & Conditions outline the policies, timeframes, and responsibilities related to the delivery of products purchased from Tabletime. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within New Zealand): 2–5 business days

  • Rural deliveries: May take an additional 1–3 business days

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on region

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Pre-Order Items

For products sold on a pre-order basis:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise specified.

  • Pre-order dates are subject to manufacturer and shipping delays outside our control.

4. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier or postal service disruptions

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

Tabletime is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, orders will include tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier provider first, then reach out to us for support.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We cannot:

  • Edit addresses after dispatch

  • Refund or replace items delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the parcel, packaging, and affected items.

If your parcel is lost in transit:

  • We will lodge an investigation with the courier.

  • Replacement or refund outcomes depend on the courier’s findings.

8. International Duties & Taxes 

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Tabletime is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

9. Partial Shipments

If certain items are delayed or on pre-order:

  • Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment (if available).
